8 Day Elephant (Driving) Standard Golf Tour: (6 South
African Golf Courses)
On this tour we’d like for you to enjoy the golf courses
of the Garden Route. We’ll wet the appetite with Arabella
and Hermanus on the way to George. We’ll also make sure
that you experience the beauty and ambiance that the Garden Route
is famous for. We’ll enjoy breathtaking scenery and we’ll
do unusual things like trying to ride an Ostrich. Overall, this
is a leisure trip with serious golf.
Day 1:
Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, you will be
met and we’ll drive to Hermanus. With any luck we could
see some Southern Right Whales performing in the warmer waters
of the False Bay area.
Play golf at the Hermanus Golf Club,
early afternoon tee-off.
Overnight: Beach House Hotel
Day 2:
Play golf at the Arabella Golf Course,
mid morning tee-off.
Afterwards we’ll go to the Caledon Hotel and Casino, here
we’ll enjoy the entertainment that is on offer to the whole
family.

Day 3:
Today we’ll take a break from golf and enjoy a spectacular
drive to the world famous Garden Route. On route we’ll stop
at historic towns like Swellendam and Riversdale.
We’ll visit the Old Post Office Tree; this old tree has
a fascinating story to share…

Day 4:
Play golf at Fancourt - Links Golf Course,
early-morning tee-off.
After golf, we’ll explore this lovely part of the Garden
Route.
Overnight: King George Hotel
Day 5:
Play golf at the Fancourt - Bramble
Hill Golf Course, mid morning tee-off.
We’ll explore the natural beauty of the area after the golf
and visit more fascinating places.
Overnight: King George Hotel
Day 6:
Today we’ll take a break from the golf and explore the
Oudtshoorn area; we’ll visit a Cheetah and Crocodile farm.
We’ll also go to the Cango Caves with impressive and unique
rock formations. We’ll stop by an ostrich farm where you
could try your hand at riding one of these odd looking birds.

Day 7:
Play golf at George Golf Club, early
morning tee-off.
We’ll drive to Knysna, this is the wood furniture capitol
of South Africa, the most beautiful wooden furniture is on sale
in this laid-back town. We’ll enjoy a ferry ride to Knysna
Heads and have dinner in a traditional restaurant.

Day 8:
Play golf at Sparrebosch Golf Club,
early morning tee-off.
Return to George for the flight back to Cape Town International
Airport for departure.
